AVAILABILTY & SEASONALITY -

June through September -  (Theatre Season)
The annual Shakespeare Season extends from June 1st through October 1st, with plays being performed six nights each week.  During this time, the facilities are available to rent for "Daytime" events only with attendees being off site by 4 PM to accomodate the evening performances.

October through May -
During the non-theatre season (October through May) all facilities may be rented for both daytime and evening events based on calendar availability.

Self Tour the Site -
For those unfamiliar with the site, we reccomend that you "self tour" the Festival grounds before contacting us to familiarize yourself with the venue.  The four and one-half acre William Shakespeare Park at the far end of the twelve acre grounds remains open to the public at all times.  In addition, the Festival on site Box Office is now open year round Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.  A quick check with the box office staff will determine if there are any events in session.  If not, a walking self tour will acquaint you with the entire facility with the exception of going inside the IC which houses the Main Hall and Board Room where indoor events are held.
