We custom plan and individually price our services for each client based on your requests and the scope of your event. After consulting with you we are happy to provide complete quotations.

The following outlines our Terms and Conditions.

Pricing / Price Quotes / Estimates -

Due to the time required to prepare custom menus, we do not do any competitive bidding. For clients who choose to have us cater their event we will gladly provide detailed quotations. Quotations include itemized charges for all food & beverage, alcohol services, rentals, china, glassware, flatware, linens, serving staff, kitchen staff, taxes, gratuities etc.

We are happy to answer general questions regarding typical costs for our food, beverage and event services. As a prospective client, simply provide us general information regarding the date and size of your event, the type of menu you desire, the level of service (pick-up, delivery, on-site, fully catered etc.) and your budget information if available.

Payment -

A 50% deposit is required to book an event. The balance is due on or before the day of the event. We will gladly accept your personal or company check.

Idaho State Sales Tax of 6% is charged on all food, beverages and services. A gratuity of 18% will be added to the final bill for all events requiring on site staff.

Hourly Rate -

Our on site staff charges are $25 per hour for each of our Service Staff and $25 per hour for each Chef or member of the Kitchen Staff. All payroll taxes and insurance charges are included.

We bill for all Service Staff from the time we leave our kitchens until we leave the site of your event. We bill double time on National Holidays.

Service Staff -

We staff the event according to the demands of the menu and the timing of the style of service desired. We require one server per 12 guests for seated service and one server for every 25 guests for a buffet. We can provide Kitchen Staff, Servers, Buspersons and Cleanup Crew.

Rentals -

We can arrange any necessary rental items. Clients will be charged if any rental items are missing, damaged or broken.

Liquor Service -

If needed, we can assist you with determining your requirements for liquor supplies and bartending services. We will contract with a licensed and insured liquor service providor for your event. Any special licensing or fees for alcohol services will be itemized on your bill.

Service Area -

Lisa Peterson Catering is located in Boise, Idaho and serves primarily the greater

Boise area including Eagle and Meridian. We have also provided event services as far East as Sun Valley & Ketchum as well as large events North to McCall, Idaho.
