Lisa Peterson is passionate about food!
Since 1990 Lisa has been well known for her unique Catering style
as Lisa Peterson Catering. Her company client list includes corporations, professional firms, non-profit groups as
well as numerous personal clients. References are readily available on request.
Lisa is equally well known as the driving force behind the Boise
Co-Op Deli. For over 16 years, she’s been developing their recipes, creating the bakery and selecting all
the imported meats, cheeses and specialty foods.
In 2005 she accepted a long standing invitation to provide the foodservices
for the Idaho Shakespeare Festival Theatre Season. In June of 2005 she opened the all new Café Shakespeare!
Not to be missed is her very latest venture.
